RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The product must not have been altered, damaged, or soiled after delivery.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


2. Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing and fit may vary.

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery subject to product availability.

Exchange requests may be accepted in the following situations:

  • Size-related issues

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, customers may be offered:

  • Store credit

  • Alternative product options

  • Refund, where applicable

The final exchange approval shall be at the sole discretion of Rudraraj Enterprise after product inspection.


3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotional campaigns.

  • Customized, stitched, altered, or made-to-order products.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

  • Products returned without original tags, packaging, or accessories.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

6. Return Pickup and Shipping

Depending on service availability in your location:

Reverse Pickup

Where reverse pickup service is available, we may arrange collection of the product through our logistics partner.

Self-Shipping

In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service and retain shipment proof until the return process is completed.


7. Inspection and Quality Check

All returned products undergo inspection upon receipt.

Returns may be rejected if:

  • The product has been used.

  • The product is damaged by the customer.

  • Original tags are missing.

  • Packaging is incomplete.

  • The returned item differs from the originally shipped item.

The decision of Rudraraj Enterprise regarding product condition and eligibility shall be final.
