We reserve the right to decline delivery to locations that are not serviceable by our logistics partners.

Failure to receive the shipment after repeated delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to our warehouse.

Rudraraj Enterprise shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional expenses arising due to:

9. Damaged Packages During Transit

If the outer packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:

Any transit-related damage claims should be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photographs.

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address to receive the shipment.

Currently, Rudraraj Enterprise ships within India only unless otherwise stated on the website.

13. Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Shipments

An order may be marked as Returned-to-Origin (RTO) if:

  • The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts.

  • The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

  • The shipment is refused by the customer.

  • The courier partner is unable to complete delivery.

For RTO orders:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Refunds, if approved, may be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling costs.

Rudraraj Enterprise shall not be held responsible for any delay, disruption, or failure in delivery arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
